What changed
This PR makes Bub use a streaming model path end to end.
The main change is that the runtime now prefers
run_model_streamas the primary hook contract. For older hooks that only implementrun_model, Bub still supports them by wrapping the returned text as a stream with a single chunk.Closes #129
